To pay by check, please fill out the following form and click on the Submit button. Unlike credit card payments, which immediately confirms the rental, when paying by check your rental date will not be confirmed until the clubhouse coordinator receives and processes your $85 rental payment. The Clubhouse rental is NOT reserved on the calendar and is still available for rent by others until your $85 rental payment has been received and processed by the Clubhouse Rental Coordinator.

If the check is not received and another homeowner wants to rent on the same date, the first homeowner will have 48 hours to deliver their payment. Failure to do so will result in the second homeowner renting the date in question.
As a reminder, a $200 security deposit is required in a separate check made payable to Kingsbury Recreation Association, Inc. and must be received by our clubhouse rental coordinator before receiving a key to the clubhouse. Once submitting us the information requested on this page you will receive a call and/or email from our clubhouse rental coordinator regarding your rental. You may cancel or change this reservation within two weeks from the date the reservation was made, otherwise, your payment may be forfeited. If during your event, a member of the Board, Property Manager, or police are called, your security deposit may be forfeited.
